The closest commercial airport to Ghost Farm is the Charleston International Airport (CHS).

Uber/Lyft are available from the airport but do not operate in or at Kiawah. We recommend renting a car if you want to explore the island on your own or if your stay is not booked through the resort.

If you plan to have your own transportation while in Kiawah, feel free to rent through any site (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.). If you will be relying on Kiawah Island Resort transportation, please be sure to book your rental through the resort website to ensure complementary transportation.

If you choose to stay in a Kiawah Villa, we recommend staying in East Beach as it is closer to the Sanctuary where the wedding events will take place.

Guests are welcome to utilize Kiawah’s complimentary on-demand shuttle service which services resort locations from 7am- 11pm daily. Contact (843) 768-2900 to schedule a pick-up.

Please note: On-demand transportation is first come, first serve and wait times may vary. We recommend allowing an extra 20 – 30 minutes from pick up to your arrival destination.
